About the event

Ethics for Nonprofit Leadership is a 4-week "deep dive" into the topics of Ethical Leadership in nonprofit organizational settings. We will explore the questions:

•Are there special ethical obligations that bind nonprofit professionals? If yes, what are the sources of those special ethical obligations?

•As nonprofit leaders, how do you live your values, “your code,” in your daily activities and professional life?

•As nonprofit leaders, how are your organizational values called upon or mobilized to help influence the culture of your organization? Create deeper alignment of programs and initiatives with your organizational mission?

In addition, we will explore core and recurring ethical dilemmas that face all nonprofit organization staff and boards, as well as develop strategies and policy frameworks to navigate these dilemmas successfully and in furtherance of our organizational missions. We will also devote time to explore how we may voice our values effectively and to cultivate a culture…
