Cancellation Policy

For all initial client consultations, prepayment is required for the consultation and must be paid in advance. Payments are accepted online. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone at 269-350-3046 no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refunds are available for no-shows nor for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
